LIttlecs Hillarys is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Hillarys Boat Harbour location. You will drive service excellence, manage a lively team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a water-front setting.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of management experience, a charismatic and energetic presence, and the ability to train and mentor staff while maintaining professional standards and top-tier hospitality.

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring all operations are inline for smooth service and a memorable guest experience.
• A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to monitor employees for professionalism and presentation with performance management and mentoring as required.
• A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a current WA RSA certificate, Approved Managers card and full Australian working rights.
• An ability to train and nurture staff is critical, to ensure longevity.
• Attention to detail - awareness of all touchpoints of the guest experience, with the pro-active nature required to make improvements as necessary.

With its bright and open bar that is fully licensed, shaded outdoor beer garden and over 70 different pizzas and pasta Main, catering to every taste, it’s the perfect spot to catch up with friends and family and enjoy a meal.

As Manager it's up to you to drive our vision, provide and thrive as a smooth operator in a fun and lively environment. You will need the ability to lead and monitor team.

THE RIGHT APPLICANT WILL DEMONSTRATE:

Minimum 2 years’ experience
