Job summary

Gold Coast Turf Club in Broadbeach Waters is seeking a capable Duty Manager to lead our front-of-house team at a busy, family-friendly venue. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, managing daily operations, and supporting our members and guests with professionalism.

We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Duty Manager to join our front-of-house team at the Gold Coast Lawn Bowls Club. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting our members and guests, and helping drive our marketing and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading from the front — delivering outstanding customer service and setting the tone for a positive, professional atmosphere.

Opening and closing the venue when required, ensuring all procedures are followed and compliance standards met.

Overseeing gaming operations and compliance— attention to detail and integrity are a must.

Supporting marketing activities and events to help promote the venue and enhance member engagement.

Working both independently and as part of a supportive, hands-on team.
