Bonnie Hotels Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our NSW pubs. This full-time role focuses on safe, compliant, and guest‑oriented hospitality.

You will manage staff, licensing compliance, inventory, and service standards, while mentoring the team and driving guest experiences. The successful candidate will hold an Advanced Licensee qualification, have 4+ years in a senior hospitality role, and be flexible to weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Duty Manager or in a senior hospitality management role in pubs NSW.
• Advanced Licensee qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of liquor licensing laws and RSA practices.
• Proven leadership and a customer-service oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily pub operations, including the bar, gaming room, staff and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, RSA and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and mentor your team.
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory for food, beverage and operational supplies.
