Spano Holdings seeks a hands-on retail store supervisor on the Gold Coast to lead by example, ensure a well-presented store, and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage operations in the absence of store leadership and coach a team to deliver outstanding service and efficiency.

The role emphasizes stock presentation, audits, and compliance with weekend and night shifts. A police check is standard for this position.

The remuneration for this position is higher in the evenings and on weekends where penalty rates apply.

Salary is available for the right candidate,

Roster is rotating weekends, including nights and day shifts.

A police check is required for this role.
