The Sporting Globe Logan is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a fast-paced shift, rally the team and maintain exceptional guest experiences during busy periods. If you’re a hospitality pro ready for more responsibility, this is your spot to step up.

You’ll drive service standards, coach the crew and ensure smooth operations across events, game days and weekends, while handling stock, cash and compliance with confidence.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in busy venues such as pubs, bars, restaurants or entertainment venues.
• Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure during peak times.
• Hands-on leader who engages instead of watching from the sidelines.
• RSA, RSG and TAB basics are required.

• You’re hands on, reliable and the kind of leader who jumps in rather than watches from the sidelines.
• RSA, RSG and TAB Basics are required.
