Job summary

The Sporting Globe in Brisbane is seeking a Duty Manager who calls the plays, supports the squad and ensures every customer experience is a win. You’ll oversee shift operations, lead by example and uphold venue standards.

Responsibilities include training and motivating the team, assisting with stock, reporting, compliance, and day-to-day operations to keep the venue in top shape. RSA, RSG and TAB basics are preferred, with a passion for epic customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience, preferably in pubs, bars or busy venues.
• RSA, RSG, and TAB basics.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead a team.
