The Sporting Globe Greensborough is opening its biggest venue yet, and we’re building a leadership team to match. We’re looking for Duty Managers to join the opening team and help run the show across our multi level sports bar, dining and gaming operations.

If you know how to lead a shift, rally a team and keep things running smoothly when the venue is pumping, we want to hear from you. RSA is essential, with RSG and TAB knowledge highly regarded.

Formación

• Hospitality experience required.
• RSA certification required.
• Calm under pressure with busy crowds.
• Hands-on leader who can jump in when needed.
• Clear communication with team and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and keep energy high during service.
• Run fast-paced shifts across a large venue.
• Coach, support and motivate staff.
• Deliver game days, events and high-attendance weekends.
• Maintain service standards and guest experience.
• Support compliance, cash handling and daily operations.

• Be the reliable leader when things get hectic.

Basically, there’s going to be plenty to keep you busy.

We’re looking for Duty Managers to join our opening team and help run the show at our brand new Greensborough venue.

• Run smooth, fast paced shifts across a huge new venue
• Coach, support and motivate the team around you
• Help deliver massive game days, events and packed weekends
• Keep service, presentation and guest experience standards sharp
• Support venue compliance, cash handling and daily operations
• Assist across our sports bar, dining and gaming operations
• Be the leader your team can rely on when things get hectic

What You’ll Bring

• You’ve got hospitality experience under your belt and you’re ready to take on more responsibility.
• Maybe you’re already a Duty Manager. Maybe you’re a gun Supervisor who’s ready for the next step.
• Either way, you know how to run a great shift, communicate with a team and keep your cool when there’s a full house and everyone wants something at once.
• You’re hands on, confident and not afraid to jump in wherever you’re needed.
• RSA is essential, with RSG and TAB knowledge highly regarded.
