The Sporting Globe is opening its biggest Greensborough venue this November, and we're building a leadership team to match. We're looking for Duty Managers who can lead shifts, rally a team and keep the floor running smoothly when the venue is pumping.

Join our opening team to work across a multi-level sports bar, gaming and dining areas, with opportunities to grow into Assistant Venue Management and beyond. RSA required; RSG and TAB knowledge valued; staff discounts apply.

Formación

• Hospitality experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Able to lead a shift and manage a full house.
• RSA certification required; RSG and TAB knowledge valued.
• Hands-on leader who stays calm during busy periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and keep energy high throughout service.
• Run smooth, fast-paced shifts across a large new venue.
• Coach, support and motivate the team.
• Deliver massive game days, events and busy weekends.
• Maintain service, presentation and guest experience standards.
• Support venue compliance, cash handling and daily operations.
• Assist across sports bar, dining and gaming operations.
• Be the trusted leader when things get hectic.

This November, The Sporting Globe is opening its biggest venue yet, and we’re building a leadership team to match.

Multi level. Sports bar. Gaming. Huge screens. Big game days. Big crowds.

Basically, there’s going to be plenty to keep you busy.

We’re looking for Duty Managers to join our opening team and help run the show at our brand new Greensborough venue.

If you know how to lead a shift, rally a team and keep things running smoothly when the venue is absolutely pumping, we want to hear from you.

• Lead the team and keep the energy high throughout service
• Run smooth, fast paced shifts across a huge new venue
• Coach, support and motivate the team around you
• Help deliver massive game days, events and packed weekends
• Keep service, presentation and guest experience standards sharp
• Support venue compliance, cash handling and daily operations
• Assist across our sports bar, dining and gaming operations
• Be the leader your team can rely on when things get hectic

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• You’ve got hospitality experience under your belt and you’re ready to take on more responsibility.
• Maybe you’re already a Duty Manager. Maybe you’re a gun Supervisor who’s ready for the next step.
• Either way, you know how to run a great shift, communicate with a team and keep your cool when there’s a full house and everyone wants something at once.
• You’re hands on, confident and not afraid to jump in wherever you’re needed.
• RSA is essential, with RSG and TAB knowledge highly regarded.
