EVT Connect Hospitality seeks a Duty Manager in Sydney to drive engagement and product quality, oversee safety, compliance, and service standards, and lead a frontline team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage schedules under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, coordinate deliveries, cost controls, and staff development, with flexibility to support other properties and ensure brand integrity across the region.

Qualifications

• Required Skills – leadership, communication and guest service excellence.
• RS Australia security and compliance requirements; First Aid may be needed.
• Minimum managerial experience in hospitality environments.

Responsabilités

• Maximise revenue using company and IHG systems and processes.
• Ensure cash security procedures and stock controls are followed.
• Roster staff to meet business needs and comply with the HIGA award.
• Lead front-line team, mentor staff and deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Maintain brand standards and safety procedures across operations.
• Coordinate with Hotel Manager and other properties as required.
