Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and Bars.
• Cash handling duties and accurate transaction processing.
• Respond to gaming enquiries and assist guests with confidence.
• Operating Keno and cashier services.
• Carrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink service.
• Supporting the Gaming team with bar service.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Following all RSA, RCG and Club compliance procedures.
