Job summary

Rydges Geelong is seeking a Duty Manager / All‑Rounder for a full‑time salaried role. You will oversee daily hotel operations, lead Front Office and Guest Services teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel supervisory or duty management.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and F&B operations.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and solve problems.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations during shifts.
• Lead Front Office and Guest Services teams.
• Deliver guest experiences and handle enquiries.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Support F&B service across restaurant, bar, events.
• Ensure standards and safety requirements are met.
• Handle reporting, cash management and admin.
• Train, coach and develop staff.
• Serve as contact for guests and team outside hours.
