Job summary

Belgravia Leisure in Gympie is seeking a Duty Manager to co-ordinate daily operations with a focus on safety and high-quality service delivery. You will lead and coach lifeguards and front-of-house staff to ensure patrons enjoy their visit in a safe environment.

The role requires energy, reliability and outstanding communication, with shifts mornings, evenings and weekends. Applicants should hold First Aid and CPR, a current Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations certificate, plus a national police

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire others.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of OHS and public safety within a facility.
• Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certificates.
• National Police Check required.
• Current Pool Lifeguard and Pool Operations certificates.
• Experience in a similar role is highly regarded.

The Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and friendlyDuty Manager to join the team. The Duty Manager’s primary responsibility is to co-ordinate day to day operations of the facility with the highest regard to safety and high-quality service delivery.

You will have a passion for safetyaround the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensureour patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.

Skills & Attributes:
