Belgravia Leisure is seeking a enthusiastic Duty Manager for Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Lidcombe, NSW. This casual role focuses on coordinating day-to-day operations with safety and high-quality service delivery, while leading the team and maintaining exceptional customer experiences.
You will be energetic, personable and able to communicate effectively with patrons of diverse ages and backgrounds. A minimum of 1 Lifeguard shift per week is required.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly Duty Manager to join the team in a casual capacity. The Duty Manager’s primary responsibility is to co-ordinate day to day operations of the facility with the highest regard to safety and high-quality service delivery.
This role requires an individual who is a leader and can keep cool under pressure. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun. You will need outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with patrons that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs.
You will also be required to work a minimum of 1 Lifeguard shift per week.
Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded!
