PARKROYAL Darling Harbour in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the Front Office and Concierge teams, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and guest satisfaction.

The role reports to the Front Office Manager and requires a Diploma/experience in hotel operations, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to cover shifts including weekends. Benefits include staff discounts and ongoing development opportunities.

• 1 year in a similar role at a 4–5 star property

• Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW certificate essential

Responsabilidades

• Lead front office and concierge check-in/check-out processes
• Oversee loyalty program enrollment with the Front Office & Concierge teams
• Coordinate with other departments and manage daily reports and operation briefings
• Ensure a memorable guest experience and welcoming atmosphere

• Adhere to procedures and uphold quality standards

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. This role will report to the Front Office Manager and is responsible for assisting in leading the Front Office and Concierge teams.

The successful candidate will:

Lead check-in, checkout experience with the Front Office team

Lead the Front Office & Concierge team in enrolment of hotel loyalty program

Effectively communicate with all other departments including maintaining the daily reports, and leading the operation briefings for the team

Ensure a memorable experience for all guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued

Bringing energy and “can do” attitude to the Lobby and team

Adhering to and championing procedures and quality standards

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience with Opera

1 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4-5 star property

Strong interpersonal skills

The ability to easily build rapport with team members and guests is essential

Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW certificate is essential

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
