Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Delivery Manager with Property & Casualty domain to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platform, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in Duck Creek implementations.
• Strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Rating).
• Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.
• Strong expertise in P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ADO, JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
