Job summary

Westhaven Limited in Orange is seeking dedicated support workers to empower children and young people with disabilities, helping them build skills and confidence for a brighter future.

You’ll work across a 24/7 rotating roster with responsibilities like facilitating social outings, maintaining case notes, and progress tracking. A valid NSW driver's license, WWCC, NDIS check, and First Aid/ CPR are required.

The Essentials:

Qualifications/Identity: You must hold a Certificate III or Certificate IV (in Disability, Community Services, or a related field) OR identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.

A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.

Current First Aid & CPR certifications.

A Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check.

Availability: Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
