Job summary

Westhaven Ltd in Dubbo is seeking a dedicated Caseworker for a 6 month fixed-term contract to support and advocate for Children and Young People living with significant disability to live life the way they choose.

Essential requirements include a relevant degree, NSW Driver’s licence, and successful checks (WWCC/NDISWC). The role sits in a therapeutic care team with a focus on safeguarding and data management, based in Dubbo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Current NSW Driver’s licence.
• WWCC and NDISWC checks required.
• Ability to obtain working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate casework for children and young people in care.
• Develop, review and implement Case Plans within timeframes.
• Maintain regular contact with children; monitor wellbeing.
• Ensure timely data collection and record keeping.
