As part of the Therapeutic Care Team, you will coordinate casework responsibilities, develop Case Plans, maintain regular contact with CYP, and ensure compliance with relevant guardianship requirements.

As a Caseworker on this 6 month fixed-term contract based in Bathurst, you will coordinate casework responsibilities for children and young people (CYP) within Westhaven.
