Job summary

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and NSW WWCC clearance are required.
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and valid First Aid/CPR certificate are essential.
• Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
• Bonus points for holding a Cert III or IV in Disability.

Responsibilities

• Guide daily living skills and foster independent growth.
• Facilitate community access, social activities, and key appointments.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality care to support long‑term stability for children and young people with disabilities.
