Job summary

Accor, Sydney Boulevard Hotel, seeks a Portfolio Revenue Manager to drive revenue growth across 2-3 properties and optimize pricing and channel performance. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to align strategies and forecast pricing.

Responsibilities include leading RM meetings, developing topline forecasts, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring system hygiene and distribution channel optimization.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth.
• Proficient in revenue management principles.
• Experience with multi-property revenue management and distribution networks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue management strategies for multiple properties.
• Ensure pricing consistency across all hotels.
• Conduct market analysis and performance benchmarking.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings with insights from reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and drive incremental profit.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
