Thomas Foods International in Stawell, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Dry Store Manager to oversee day-to-day dry store operations within our meat processing facility. You will lead a small team, ensuring production targets are met while upholding product quality, compliance, safety and efficiency.

• Proven leadership in dry store, warehousing, or meat processing.
• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
• Strong understanding of WHS and export regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily dry store operations to meet production and dispatch targets.
• Maintain product quality and compliance with export licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory movements and storage conditions.
• Prepare daily operational reports for the Production Manager.
• Lead and coach team members to build capability and accountability.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions.
