THOMAS FOODS INTERNATIONAL STAWELL PTY LTD is hiring for permanent, full-time process worker positions at our Stawell facility. Roles are entry level with no prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided and internal promotions are encouraged.

Work is Monday to Friday over two shifts, with pay levels and shift allowances described in the enterprise agreement. All positions are 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Packing, trimming, cutting, boning and slicing in designated departments.
• General labouring across the listed production areas.
• Chiller pushing, loading, sorting and scanning tasks as part of daily workflow.
• Forklift operations as required.
• Waste water and by-products handling in production.
• Stockyard and yardman duties as directed by supervision.

There are a range of positions available, including entry level packing, trimming, loading and general labouring roles. All positions available are full time, 40 hours per week, and production runs Monday to Friday over two shifts. Pay Conditions Entry Level

• Level 6 $ 27.04 & Level 5 $27.37 plus shift allowance for afternoon and night shift

Succession opportunities available to increase levels and pay condition Level 4 -$ 28.01, Level 3 $ 30.00, level 2 $ 33.78 & Level 1 $ 34.32 plus shift allowance for afternoon and night shift & Roster allowance Levels 6& 5

• Entry Level role

• Low skilled level role

• Semiskilled role

No experience is necessary as all training required will be provided by TFIS.
