Thomas Foods International invites an experienced Dry Store Manager to oversee daily dry store operations at our goat processing facility in Stawell, VIC. You will lead a small team, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality, safety and compliance.

You will implement efficient processes under our Quality Management System and WHS framework, collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Logistics, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Formación

• Experience leading dry storage, warehousing or meat processing teams.
• Ability to meet production targets and drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP).
• Understanding of export licensing and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily dry store operations to meet production and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure production targets, operating efficiencies and yields are achieved.
• Maintain product quality and regulatory compliance for export.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, movements and storage conditions.
• Ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed.
• Prepare accurate daily operational and production reports.
