Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Dry Fire Service Manager in Sydney to lead and grow the dry fire service division. This hands-on leadership role manages technicians, client relationships, service delivery and department performance.

The ideal candidate will have fire protection service management experience, strong knowledge of dry fire systems, and a track record in budgeting and KPI oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Manager or Operations Manager role within Fire Protection.
• Strong technical knowledge of dry fire systems, including fire alarms, EWIS, emergency lighting and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing technicians, workloads and service operations.
• Experience preparing quotations for defects, repairs and minor works.
• Strong understanding of AS1851, AFSS and Australian Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the dry fire service division and take ownership of department performance.
• Manage technicians, workloads and service delivery to meet KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and service levels.
• Prepare quotations for defects, repairs and minor works.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring compliance with standards.
