Job summary

NRMA Group in Sydney Olympic Park is seeking an Office Administrator to join the Driver Training team, with hybrid work-from-home flexibility. You will coordinate scheduling, support the Safer Driver Course program and deliver efficient administrative services to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or customer service roles.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy.
• Confidence using multiple technology platforms and databases; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Interest or experience in AI to support operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and administration of Driver Training programs, including venue bookings and setup.
• Maintain course schedules to support demand, budgets and contracts.
• Handle participant attendance, course completion and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and delivery metrics.
• Process invoices and support financial administration tasks.
• Manage inquiries, booking changes and service requests professionally.
