Job summary

NRMA is seeking a Casual/Contract Corporate Driver Trainer / Driver Safety Facilitator to support learner and experienced drivers in our community. You will facilitate the NSW Safer Drivers Course, run workplace road-safety workshops, and deliver engaging, on‑road training while providing excellent customer service and accurate program administration.

Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, at least 12 months facilitation experience, and a Working with Children Check;

Qualifications

• Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Demonstrated minimum twelve-month experience in facilitation in the workplace.
• Safer Drivers Course facilitator would be beneficial but not essential.
• Completed Working with Children Check as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learners with up to 12 participants.
• Facilitate road safety workshops for experienced drivers in the workplace.
• Deliver highly engaging workshops and on-road training.
• Provide high quality experience for diverse industries and driver needs.
• Accurately educate drivers on relevant laws and legislation.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Carry out administrative tasks associated with the program.
