Linfox’s Intermodal business unit in Chullora NSW is seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator. You will process driver run sheets on Kronos, upload PODs, and handle weekly driver payments while supporting admin teams.

This permanent full-time role runs Monday to Friday, starting at 9am, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timely service. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement, collaborating with carriers and internal

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a transport operations role.
• Knowledge of the transport industry.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver timely, safe and effective service.

Responsibilities

• Process driver run sheets on Kronos.
• Upload PODs and process local driver payments weekly.
• Maintain accurate run sheet, POD, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers for loads via sea where applicable.
