Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an experienced HR Driver for a full-time depot-based role in Swan Hill. You will operate collection vehicles (primarily side lift, with training for hook/crane lift) and perform daily safety checks while delivering high-quality customer service across the region.

The role requires a valid HR licence, physical fitness for manual duties, and flexible availability. Pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing is required as part of the recruitment process.

The Opportunity

Based at our Swan Hill depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator

you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: predominantly side lift also trained in hook and crane lift.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

About You

• Minimum HR Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
• Flexible availability
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
• Willing to take a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
