Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is hiring an HR Driver based at our Swan Hill depot for permanent, full-time work across the region. In this role you will safely operate collection vehicles, perform maintenance checks and deliver excellent customer service, upholding our high safety standards and fatigue management rules.

You must hold an HR Licence, be physically fit and flexible, and agree to pre-employment medical testing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of collection vehicles, mainly side lift; some hook/crane lift.

The Opportunity

Based at our Swan Hill depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full-time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: predominantly side lift also trained in hook and crane lift.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training

About You

• Minimum HR Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable to perform manual duties as this role can be physically demanding
• Flexible availability
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn
• Willing to take a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
