Job summary

Cleanaway, Australia’s leading waste management company, is looking for an experienced HR Driver to join the Swan Hill depot on a full-time basis. Based in Swan Hill, you will perform essential waste collection duties across the region, operating side lift and other attached equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

You will work 4.30am starts with overtime opportunities, maintain daily vehicle checks, and uphold our safety standards and professional image while delivering

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual duties in a demanding role.
• Zero Harm Safety mindset.
• Good attitude, reliable and willing to learn.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Based at our Swan Hill depot, we are seeking an experienced HR Driver for full‑time work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a Multi System Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Safe operations of collection vehicles: predominantly side lift also trained in hook and crane lift.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and/or equipment as and when required
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high‑quality customer service at all times
• Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
• Complying with all relevant Fatigue Management rules, regulations and training
