Cleanaway is seeking an experienced supervisor for our HR fleet operations in Australia. The role involves coordinating drivers, ensuring pre-start checks, and keeping depots on schedule while operating heavy collection vehicles and maintaining a high level of customer service.

You will handle loading/unloading, complete records, use standard systems, and support a safe, efficient operation in a large waste management company known for its safety culture and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership capabilities.
• Computer skills with MS Office and operation databases desirable.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate drivers and ensure pre-start checks and on-time departures.
• Operate HR vehicles including side, front lift and Hook truck.
• Maintain professional image and high quality customer service.
• Perform loading and unloading of waste as required.

The Opportunity:

• $37.05 per hour + penalties for overtime
• Early morning starts, Monday to Friday. Overtime as required – OT paid at penalty rates

• Coordinate drivers, ensuring pre-start checks are carried out, and drivers depart the depot on schedule
• Operate HR collection vehicles. Side, front lift and Hook truck
• Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high-quality customer service at all times
• Perform loading and unloading duties of waste as required
• Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
• Operate user friendly computerized systems and other work-related systems

Your skills and experience:

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimum
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/teamwork capabilities
• Computer skills in MS Office and operational databases desirable
• Experience within the waste and/or transport industry
