Job summary

Cleanaway is hiring for a permanent, full-time role requiring an unrestricted HR licence and a willingness to start early at 4am. You will operate a range of waste collection vehicles, load and unload materials, and transport loads to recycling facilities while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Hold an unrestricted HR licence as a minimum.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Must be available for an early morning start (4am).
• Physically fit to perform loading/unloading duties.
• Ability to drive a variety of trucks.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional presentation and manner with a strong customer service ethic.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Must pass pre-employment medical, drug screen and national police check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a range of waste collection vehicles, including Front Lift, Side Lift and Skip Bin vehicles.
• Load and unload commercial and industrial waste, materials, or consignments.
• Transport loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain presentation of the vehicle, inside and out.
• Comply with Fatigue Management rules, regulations, and training.
