Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management in Brisbane's Morningside depot is seeking an experienced HR Driver to join our waste collection team. This casual role offers full-time hours with an early start between 4am and 6am and requires an unrestricted HR Licence.

You will operate waste vehicles, perform loading, deliver to recycling and disposal facilities, maintain vehicle presentation, and contribute to customer satisfaction. We provide learning support and career development in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Hold an unrestricted HR Licence.
• Waste industry experience preferred but not essential; support provided to learn.
• Collaborative yet capable of working independently.
• Presentable, professional and customer-focused.

The Opportunity

Based out of our Morningside QLD depot, we are seeking experienced Truck Drivers / Heavy Vehicle Driver for work performing essential services throughout the region.

As a HR Driver You Will Be Responsible For

• Operating waste vehicle collection such as rear lift
• Perform loading and unloading duties of waste, material or consignments
• Delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintaining presentation of the vehicle, inside and out

About You

• Hold an unrestricted HR Licence
• Waste industry experience preferred but not essential as we’ll support the right person to learn
