Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking a safety‑focused HR Driver in Kalgoorlie to operate a range of collection vehicles and deliver exceptional customer service. The role is permanent, full-time and based locally in West Kalgoorlie, WA.

You will perform pre-starts, vehicle checks, manage daily routes, and maintain vehicle presentation, while adhering to fatigue management and safety requirements. Join a collaborative team with strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted HR Licence (minimum requirement).
• Live local to Kalgoorlie area.
• Forklift Licence desirable.
• Experience driving a variety of trucks.
• Clean driving record.
• Availability to work early morning starts.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test, and National Police Check (paid by Cleanaway).

Responsibilities

As An HR Driver, You'll Safely Operate a Range Of Collection Vehicles While Providing Exceptional Service To Our Customers. Your Day Will Include

• Operating a variety of waste collection vehicles and equipment
• Completing daily pre-starts and basic vehicle checks
• Transporting loads to recycling and disposal facilities
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and presentation
• Following all fatigue management and safety requirements

About You

You’ll be a safety-focused and reliable driver who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team. You’ll also have:
