Job summary

Cleanaway, Australia’s leader in sustainable waste management, is seeking an HR Driver based in Kalgoorlie. You will operate a range of collection vehicles, perform pre-start checks and ensure safety and customer service standards.

Requirements include an unrestricted HR Licence, a forklift licence (desirable), and the ability to start early mornings. A pre-employment medical and checks are required; this is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive hourly rate and a quarterly retention

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of waste collection vehicles and equipment.

As an HR Driver, you'll safely operate a range of collection vehicles while providing exceptional service to our customers. Your day will include:

• Operating a variety of waste collection vehicles and equipment
• Completing daily pre-starts and basic vehicle checks
• Transporting loads to recycling and disposal facilities
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and presentation
• Following all fatigue management and safety requirements
• About You
• You'll be a safety-focused and reliable driver who enjoys working outdoors and as part of a team. You'll also have:
• Unrestricted HR Licence (minimum requirement)
• Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Experience driving a variety of trucks
• Availability to work early morning starts
• A strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test, and National Police Check (paid by Cleanaway)
