Job summary

Enaex Australia is seeking experienced Drill & Blast Technical Support professionals to join our EMTS team. This hybrid role blends on-bench support, customer engagement, training, and blast optimisation for a range of experience levels—from field technicians to senior specialists.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver technical advice, blasting improvements, and training, helping drive performance and strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in drill & blast or technical mining environments.
• Current Shotfirer licence with hands-on experience.
• Experience with electronic initiation/detonation systems.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-bench technical support across drill and blast operations.
• Deliver training on electronic initiation systems and Enaex technologies.
• Offer technical advice and blasting optimisation recommendations to customers.
• Audit blasting practices and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers and site teams.
• Support equipment preparation, testing, and deployment onsite.
• Contribute to training material development and continuous improvement initiatives.
