Job summary

Enaex Australia seeks an experienced Drill & Blast Specialist - Underground to join the ENX Mining Technical Services team in Western Australia. You will provide engineering and blasting project management support to underground clients, optimise blasting performance, and deliver technical solutions with Enaex technologies.

The role offers leadership in technical delivery, close customer collaboration, and opportunities to develop innovations for safety and productivity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Underground drill and blast experience across mining environments.
• Degree in Mining Eng or related field; relevant practical industry experience accepted.
• Current Shotfirer’s Licence and blasting experience.
• Experience using blasting software and producing detailed technical reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist technical support across underground drill and blast operations.
• Deliver training and support for Enaex technologies and electronic initiation systems.
• Lead blasting optimisation projects, technical studies, and field trials.
• Develop technical solutions to improve safety, productivity, and blast performance.
• Build relationships with customers and represent Enaex in technical engagements.
• Support audits, investigations, and evaluation of new products and technologies.
