Qualifications

• Current and valid Plant Operator Tickets / VOC for Dozer operations, plus a valid NSW General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Proven, extensive experience operating dozers in civil construction, mining, or heavy earthmoving environments. Experience with GPS systems (Trimble/Topcon) is highly regarded.
• A proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable personal transport to access the Lithgow / Blue Mountains site.

Responsibilities

• Operating GPS and non-GPS dozers for bulk earthworks, site clearing, pushing scrapers, and final trim.
• Working closely with site supervisors and the broader earthmoving team to meet project milestones.
• Conducting daily pre-start checks and maintaining a high standard of machinery care.
• Ensuring strict adherence to site safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

Koori United Partners is sourcing a highly skilled and safety-focused Dozer Operator to join our team for a major, long-term civil project kicking off in the Lithgow and Blue Mountains region.

What You Will Be Doing

What We Are Looking For
