Job summary

Allegion in Melbourne is seeking a customer-focused Order Management professional to ensure seamless project order execution from inquiry to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on door hardware scheduling and inventory control.

The role supports customer service during busy hours, collaborates with Business Development Managers and customers on project requirements, and updates CRM systems while coordinating with procurement and distributors to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or order management environment is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Promaster Hardware quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive the timely entry of project orders and proactively manage issues such as incomplete information, back orders, and cancellations.
• Schedule deliveries by ensuring correct release and allocation of stock based on project priority.
• Coordinate door hardware packing, keying and delivery scheduling, ensuring account clearance and order completeness.
• Coordinate first-of-the-month orders, verifying account statuses and credit limits.
