Job summary

Corinthian Doors Australia is seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our St Marys manufacturing operation within the national Doors Group network. Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager East Coast, you will manage purchasing, inventory control and production planning support to ensure continuity of supply and efficient manufacturing.

You will work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to optimise stock levels, coordinate

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, supply chain or planning.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and MRP principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities and supplier performance.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock holdings.
• Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Support production scheduling and planning activities.
• Monitor freight on water, stock in transit and intercompany inventory.
• Prepare inventory, purchasing and month-end reporting.
