You will coordinate from order through practical completion, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence while communicating with customers, suppliers, technicians, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or project management.
• Strong organisational and scheduling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate automatic door projects from order receipt to practical completion.
• Monitor progress against milestones and manage delays.
• Serve as primary customer contact and liaise with builders and architects.
• Prepare work orders, schedules, progress reports, variations, handover documentation, defect records and project files.
• Ensure installations meet Australian Standards, Building Codes, WHS requirements and QA procedures.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and warranty management.
