Job summary

Epworth HealthCare in Melbourne seeks a Donor Relations Manager to identify philanthropic opportunities across the organization, partnering with clinicians, researchers and service leaders to connect donors with impactful projects.

You will cultivate major donors and bequest supporters, develop compelling funding proposals and impact reports, and guide donors through meaningful giving journeys that advance patient outcomes and healthcare innovation.

• Experience managing donor portfolios and cultivating high-value donor relationships through stewardship and engagement activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate funding needs into compelling cases for support
