Job summary

Epworth HealthCare in Melbourne seeks an experienced Events Coordinator to plan, deliver and manage donor facing and branded events for Epworth Medical Foundation. You will report to the Group Manager Events and coordinate across internal teams.

The role requires high organisation, multi-project handling, and ability to manage major events up to 600 attendees. Tertiary qualification in business/administration or event coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relatable field (eg. Business, Administration or Event Coordination).
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed event plans and schedules.
• Plan and organise events, sourcing vendors and negotiating terms.
• Coordinate operations from development through bump-in and post-event review.
• Manage event budgets and promotional activities.
• Supervise event staff and contractors to ensure on-brand delivery.
• Handle invoicing, contracts and liaison with Brand Managers.
