University of New South Wales at Kensington Campus seeks a dedicated philanthropy professional to lead donor engagement and strategic giving programs. You will build and manage relationships with major gift prospects and collaborate with the Development team to advance UNSW's fundraising priorities.

The role emphasizes portfolio management, proposal development, and coordination with academic leaders to maximise impact on UNSW's philanthropic goals.

Formación

• Experience in philanthropy and donor engagement.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of major gift prospects.
• Experience collaborating with development and academic leaders to foster support for UNSW.

Responsabilidades

• Support the philanthropic strategy for the Faculty/Division to achieve agreed strategies and targets.
• Build and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 planned and major gift prospects, developing strong and sustainable relationships to identify and deepen their interest in UNSW.
• Prepare proposals, solicitation letters and cultivation and stewardship materials for planned gift prospects and donors.
• Collaborate with development colleagues and academic leaders to develop gift ideas and strategies and foster productive relationships for UNSW.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, UNSW Legal Counsel and Finance.
• Develop and implement an annual work plan to maximise effectiveness and meet activity targets.
