The Department of Health in Victoria is seeking a Donor Conception Registers Officer to manage inquiries and support the Donor Conception Registrar. You will help ensure accessible, accurate records in line with the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008.

You will engage with donor conceived individuals, families, clinics and government agencies, providing clear information and compassionate guidance while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in sociology, social work, health, education, information/records management, or relevant discipline.
• Experience with donor conception or adoption is desirable.
• Experience in communicating sensitive information to individuals is desirable.
• Knowledge of fertility, infertility, and assisted reproductive treatment or fertility industry experience is desirable.
• Knowledge/experience in regulatory environments is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries from donor conceived people, parents, donors, relatives and clinics.
• Provide information about rights, processes and legislative requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and accessibility of donor conception records.
• Support the Donor Conception Registrar and maintain compassionate service.
