Department of Health Victoria is seeking a Donor Conception Registers Officer to support Victoria's donor conception information system. You will work under the Donor Conception Registrar to ensure accurate information and compassionate assistance for donor conceived people, donors, and families.

The role focuses on responding to enquiries, maintaining registers, and upholding legislative requirements with professionalism and empathy within a public sector environment.

Qualificações

• Experience working with donor conceived individuals and families is desirable.
• Experience communicating sensitive information to individuals is desirable.
• Knowledge of fertility/assisted reproductive treatment issues is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to enquiries from donor conceived people, parents, and donors.
• Manage and maintain the donor conception registers with accuracy and sensitivity.
• Provide information on rights, processes and legislative requirements under the ARTA 2008.
