Australian Unity Limited invites applications for Home Health workers to deliver in-home support in the Eugowra area. You will help clients with domestic tasks, meals, and personal care within their homes and communities, following health and safety guidelines to ensure safety and quality of care.

Role offers flexible rosters between Monday and Friday, with part-time or casual contracts and paid travel time plus a travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written English skills required.
• Flexibility to schedule rosters Mon-Fri.
• Current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle ownership.

Responsibilities

Your New Role

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported, and empowered, within their own homes and communities located inEugowra 2806.

What does your new role look like?

• Providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
• Reporting any issues or changes in the customers health and wellbeing through the appropriate channels and protocols
