Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking dedicated Home Health aides to provide in-home support across Brisbane. The role covers domestic help, transportation assistance and personal care, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered service.

You will work within a flexible roster, support families, and adhere to health and safety standards. Eligible employees may access a traineeship pathway and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in a care role and/or Cert III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is a must.
• Flexible to roster between Monday and Sunday based on availability.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, well-presented, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Vaccinated for COVID-19 with at least 2 shots.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to customers with domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
• Helping with transportation for customers to appointments, shopping and social outings.
• Assisting customers with personal care support including showering, toileting and feeding assistance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and their families.
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep everyone safe.

Your New Role

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities located inRandwick, Maroubra, Coogee, Bondi, Kingsford, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Hillsdaleand surrounding areas.
