Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a proactive Document Controller to support the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project in Australia. You will manage project documents, ensure revisions are current, and maintain orderly records across document control, records management and correspondence.

You will train and support the broader delivery team as needed. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller / Quality Manager, you will handle EDMS workflows, distribute revisions, and uphold project document control

Qualifications

• Experience using an EDMS platform.
• Background in document control on major projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident working with project, client and supplier teams.
• Sound administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with document control plans.
• Upload and distribute project documents accurately.
• Audit and monitor document control activities.
• Manage EDMS distribution of new document revisions.
• Prepare, issue and track document workflows.
• Maintain accurate records and self-report progress.
• Resolve procedural issues and improve processes.
