ACCIONA is seeking a proactive Document Controller to support the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project in Australia. You will manage project documents, ensure revisions are current, and maintain orderly records across document control, records management and correspondence.
You will train and support the broader delivery team as needed. Reporting to the Lead Document Controller / Quality Manager, you will handle EDMS workflows, distribute revisions, and uphold project document control

ACCIONA leads the Alkimos Seawater Alliance, delivering the approximately $1.4 billion Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant for Water Corporation. The project will future proof water supply for more than 2.5 million Western Australians and reduce groundwater abstraction by 30 billion litres a year. Construction is underway, with first water expected by 2028.
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller / Quality Manager, you will maintain efficient control of project documents and records, ensuring all work reflects the latest revisions and that evidence is properly filed. You will keep the project's document control systems running effectively across document control, records management and correspondence, and provide administrative support and training to the wider delivery team.
